Description

Hazard analysis (HA) is a systematic approach to identifying, analyzing, and controlling hazards. Because there are many different applications for hazard analysis, the hazard analysis process comes in many different shapes and sizes and can be overwhelming. This presentation will provide: a) first-hand experiences, successes, and failures; b) the mistakes commonly seen in the HA process; and c) lessons learned from work with large production facilities, governmental agencies, and private industry clients. Join us for an interactive discussion platform and learn the secrets from collective years in the hazard analysis industry.
