Description

This session on Total Worker Health® places the worker in Total Worker Health® by sharing stories and perspectives on the implementation and impact of the TWH® approach. SPARKTalks will be delivered by several presenters by providing a monologue within these stories. The topics include: a) women in mining; b) Latinos in construction; c) the office receptionist; d) remote/hybrid worker; e) gig worker; f) worker in a chemical processing plant; and g) worker on disability.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion, the participant will be able to:

• Demonstrate the need for a holistic, integrated approach like TWH.
• Discuss how TWH can positively and negatively impact a person's life.
• Show the impact and benefit of TWH by sharing stories.
