K1a. Evaluating Psychosocial Job Stress in Frontline and Essential Workers
In this presentation, we will explore methods of identifying psychosocial job stress and determining the relationship between psychosocial job stress and various demographic factors, and work conditions, in the emergency workforce. The research also focuses on improving mental and physical health in frontline and certain essential workers, following the NIOSH Total Worker Health approach for the overall safety and well-being of employees.
