In high-stakes environments where lives are on the line, effective teamwork and communication are paramount. The U.S. Air Force has long recognized the importance of crew resource management (CRM) principles in ensuring mission success and personnel safety. This presentation explores the practical application of these proven practices with parallels to human organizational performance (HOP) for civilian medical and first responder teams. The goal is to enhance their ability to function cohesively and consistently and to foster their development into a learning organization.
Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
