Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) require strategic navigation of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. When the expertise of OEHS professionals is leveraged during M&A due diligence, organizations improve their ability to prevent loss, avoid cost, and generate value. Presenting safety, environmental, sustainability, and security as pillars for risk consideration, this PDC elevates the importance of early OEHS involvement and risk communication. A growing community of M&A engaged OEHS professionals will demonstrate: 1) preparedness for critical risk engineering; 2) the value of the OEHS professional in pre-deal decision-making; 3) best practices; and 4) lessons learned. Attendees will walk away with tips for the leverage of their strategic thinking, communication, analytics, and risk management skills for mergers & acquisitions.
*Please note: Only participants registering for two (2) half-day PDCs on the same day will receive a box lunch. **Please note: power strips will not be provided at each attendee's seat; however, charging stations for laptops will be provided in each course room.
