Professional development courses (PDCs) are offered before (May 28-31) and after (June 4) the conference. These courses are formalized learning experiences that, through in-depth instruction by field experts, enhance technical competence and provide practical tools and skills for the modern workplace. *Pre-registration and additional fee required.
Education Sessions make up most of the main conference (June 1-3). These invaluable sessions combine limitless enrichment opportunities with a wealth of high-quality knowledge and expertise in every IH/OH niche. Delivered in formats ranging from traditional lecture to interactive problem solving, attendees are encouraged to participate in lively dialogue to create an engaging education experience.
Research Roundups are part of the main conference education program. These sessions are a combination of Case Studies and Scientific Research presentations paired based on their similar topic areas.
General Sessions bring all conference attendees together. These sessions held Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon feature speakers who will bring you new insights and, ignite your understanding, while also recognizing the accomplishments of the association and its members.
Interactive Learning Sessions actively involve the participants on the work of AIHA, it’s committees, and it’s members.
Pop-Up Education Sessions are short and interactive designed to deliver bitesized, timely, targeted learning. These sessions are held in a dedicated area of the exhibit hall.
Student Presentations feature students presenting their research as part of the Student and Early Career Professionals Track.
Poster Sessions showcase the research of students and OEHS professionals in “display” style, while the dedicated Author Attend times allow for discussion and feedback with the authors.
Learning Pavilion Sessions are education-focused presentations by our industry partners on research, development, technology, and case studies that address the daily challenges faced by our profession.
Innovation Stations are brief, informative presentations by exhibitors showcasing are their most recent products and innovations supporting the work of industrial hygienists and EHS professionals.
Board of Directors are meetings and obligations for the AIHA Board of Directors only.
CEO Symposium is a curated, invitation only, executive level program focused on the intersection of AI, real-time detection systems, emerging health and safety (H&S) tech, and ROI for major corporate executives. *Separate registration required.
Career Advantage offers opportunities to advance your career and make important contacts, including a job fair, resume critiquing, mock interviews, presentations, and a networking event.
Exhibit Hall Activities are designed to offer fun and engaging networking opportunities directly on the expo floor.
Health and Wellness are short, interactive, and targeted learning, focused on individual health and wellness issues. These sessions are held in an open area of the convention center.

Tech Tours take attendees “behind the scenes” to look at OEHS issues in the daily operation of a facility or program. Led by an industrial hygienist or other safety professional, tours showcase “best practice” OEHS standards. *Pre-registration and additional fee required.
Volunteer Groups include all on-site meetings of Volunteer Groups, committees, special interest groups, advisory groups, working groups, and other project teams.
