Workers aged 75+ is also the fastest growing segment at 9%. With a wide age dispersion in the labor force, there is an increased need to improve interactions. In particular, data points to difficulty working with the Gen Z population. An April 2023 survey from resumebuilder.com says 74% of managers think Gen Z is the most challenging generation to work with.
