This session revisits the classic lessons learned approach for newly minted industrial hygienists, offering a fresh perspective on the knowledge and insights seasoned IHs wish they had at the start of their careers. This session will build upon last years session titled, "What We Wish We Knew." Through a combination of crowd-sourced contributions, real-world examples, and collaborative discussion, participants will explore practical strategies, problem solving approaches, and career accelerating advice. Participants will leave with actionable insights that can shorten the learning curve, improve decision-making, and enhance professional effectiveness in industrial hygiene practice.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
• Identify common challenges and pitfalls faced by newly minted industrial hygienists and implement strategies to avoid them.
