Description

Microlearning is a proven yet underused approach to more effective EHS training. This session is a much-requested follow-up to last year's introduction to microlearning.

In this engaging session, we will briefly recap content from last year and then quickly move into more advanced approaches such as how to use it for instructor led and just-in-time training. There will be many different examples across industries.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
• Describe what a microlearning module is and how it works across different courses.
• Explain how microlearning modules can be used across many industries and use cases.
• Define the benefits of microlearning to organizational leadership using several examples.
