The only certainty in leadership is change. Leading during times of change is a constant demand, requiring adaptability, emotional intelligence and genuine human connection. Unlike scientific processes, guiding people through change means understanding individuals at the right level and finding ways to connect with them—because one size does not fit all.
Effective change leadership involves leveraging emotional intelligence, empathy and humility. It requires recognizing that nothing changes until you're willing to face change. As a leader, knowing when to pivot, push forward or pause is essential. Change leadership is not an exact science—it's a marathon, not a sprint.
*Please note: Only participants registering for two (2) half-day PDCs on the same day will receive a box lunch. **Please note: power strips will not be provided at each attendee's seat; however, charging stations for laptops will be provided in each course room.
