Ergonomic-related injuries continue to pose challenges across industries, despite the availability of expert insights, research, training and advanced tools. This session will cover the fundamentals of ergonomics and highlight best practices for implementing effective ergonomic programs. Participants can expect interactive experiences designed to be shared with their teams.

The discussion will also introduce a roadmap to success, emphasizing the often-overlooked human element of EHS initiatives. Special attention will be given to building relationships and overcoming resistance to change—critical factors that often hinder the effectiveness of safety programs. Attendees will leave with practical resources to support their ongoing efforts toward ergonomic excellence.

*Please note: Only participants registering for two (2) half-day PDCs on the same day will receive a box lunch. **Please note: power strips will not be provided at each attendee's seat; however, charging stations for laptops will be provided in each course room.
