This interactive workshop will provide networking strategies and practical tools for early career OEHS professionals (<3 years' professional experience) to build meaningful professional relationships across all settings.
In today's OEHS landscape, technical expertise alone isn't enough—strategic relationship-building is essential for career advancement, collaboration, and professional influence. This session brings together two passionate OEHS professionals and Future Leaders Institute alums from established and mid-career stages to share the practical techniques that expanded their professional networks and accelerated their career advancement.
Workshop leaders will share personal stories and specific strategies that can be used depending on your natural communication style and personality type. Participants will discover their networking strengths, practice real-world scenarios, and develop personalized action plans for connecting effectively in conferences, digital communities, workplace settings, and professional organizations.
