Artificial intelligence tools are rapidly changing how professionals search for and apply to jobs, but misuse or overreliance can undermine credibility and success. This session will provide practical guidance on how industrial hygiene and EHS professionals can ethically and effectively use AI to support their job search, from tailoring resumes and cover letters to preparing for interviews and evaluating job postings. Designed for students, early-career, and mid-career professionals navigating competitive job markets, the session will cover best practices, common pitfalls, and clear do's and don'ts to ensure AI is used as a career accelerator rather than a liability.

Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
• Describe appropriate and ethical uses of AI tools in the job application process, including where human judgment and personalization remain essential.
