Description

This session will review the options available for adjusting OELs for extended work shifts (10 or 12 hours). This will include: Brief and Scala, direct proportionality, and advanced pharmokinetics. Audience feedback and involvement will be encouraged as well as discussion about the pros and cons of each method.

Upon completion, the participant will be able to:
• Describe available options for adjusting OELs for extended work shifts
• Evaluate the pros and cons of each method, and come to a consensus of which method is best to use.
