Description

Networking can feel intimidating, for students and early career professionals. This facilitated networking session is designed to help attendees build meaningful relationships that extend beyond the conference experience.
Participants will be matched with peers, experienced professionals, faculty members and returning attendees based on shared industries, practice areas and professional interests. Through structured networking activities and guided discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to expand their professional network, exchange career insights and identify potential mentors, conference buddies and future collaborators.
In addition to helping attendees meet new people, the session will explore strategies for maintaining professional relationships after the conference, including effective follow-up techniques, mentorship best practices and ways to stay engaged within the occupational and environmental health and safety community.
