Function Request

AIHA’s goal is for all attendees to have the opportunity to enjoy the conference to its fullest capacity while still having the option to attend special events during non-conference hours. As such, a Function Request must be completed for all events held in conjunction with Connect 2025.     

To ensure that events do not conflict with the official Connect 2025 schedule, requests will be approved ONLY for events scheduled during the following time frames: 

• Saturday, May 17, 2025: No time restrictions 
• Sunday, May 18, 2025: No time restrictions 
• Monday, May 19, 2025: 10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.; 2:00 p.m.–4:15 p.m.; and 5:45 p.m. and later 
• Tuesday, May 20, 2025: 6:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m.; 10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. and later 
• Wednesday, May 21, 2025: 7:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m.; 1:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.; and 4:45 p.m. and later 
• Thursday, May 22, 2025: No time restrictions 

AIHA reserves the right to require time changes if the request conflicts with a Connect 2025 event.    

Requests for Connect space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If requesting space in a Connect contracted venue, audiovisual support and catering must be ordered through Connect’s exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when events are confirmed and scheduled in March.   

To be included in the Connect 2025 Final Program, event requests must be submitted, approved, and finalized no later than March 31, 2025. Event requests received after March 31 will be published only in the online schedule and mobile app.  

Please submit one Function Request form for each event (and one form for each day of a multi-day event). To edit a previously submitted request, click Edit below. Note: only one edit may be submitted at a time. To withdraw your request, click Withdraw. To upload floor plans or other relevant documents to a previously submitted request, click Upload Documents.
